Returns
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded or exchanged.
Please note that, we may take up to 14 days after your return is received, to inspect your parcel and process an exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@geotime.co.za
Mention your order number on the return package
You are responsible for paying shipping fees to return your item.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your product may vary.
If you are shipping an item of an estimated value, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase a delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
